If the white newborn turns into the PPS, the pointy-eared moon pup grows up to be a dogtag moon, and the floppy-eared moon becomes a purple moonswirl, then I'd say that's a good trade. However, without knowing the days the moon pups grew on, they may be the two common moon variations instead. If the white newborn doesn't turn into the PPS, though, I think the trade is definitely unfair to the one with the zebra.

Well, the white blankets will grow into PPSes pretty soon :3 So, dogtag + pps + common moon would be ok?
