NEED HELP WITH A GERMAN PROJECT

I really need help for a German real estate project in which we are not allowed to use Google Translate, since the teacher can recognize the use of it and its an automatic F. I am a very basic German speaker (only have been learning for three years) so i don't know many big words or how to create a good sentence structure. I am also very stressed since I have 5 other projects and essays I need to do. It would be preferred to get help from a native German speaker.
I do not have much to offer, but if you would like me to repay you, I will try to see what I can do.
