Porque piensan que poder hablar español significa sólo saber decir cómo se llaman c:

Hay mucha gente que busca practicar o aprender español, y obviamente no son hablantes nativos.
Lo dice en el frente del hilo, "Are you looking for a place where you can talk to other CS members in spanish?
Or maybe you just want to learn spanish in a friendly and fun way?" (¿Buscas un lugar donde hablar con otros usuarios de CS en español?
¿O quizás solo quieres aprender español de manera amistosa y divertida?)

También he visto gente que quiere ayuda con proyectos en español y no saben donde comenzar, pero eso esta bien, tiende ha haber alguien dispuesto a ayudarles justo aquí

Hello, Loki! Glad to see you around here again ^^ Most of your sentence is perfectly understandable! I just would like to point one thing-

"Mi español es mal", if you wanted to say that your spanish currently is bad it would be "Mi español esta mal", but if you wanted to say that your spanish is bad oveall it would be "Mi español es malo". But besides that little detail, it was very good, it definitely doesn't seems like your spanish is bad :D
