Hola cariños, necesito ayuda con gramática:
En mi clase estamos hablando sombre evaluación y descripción de eventos culturales en pasado, yo no sé cuando se usa pasado indefinido y cuando pasado imperfecto; cundo pregunté mi profe el dijo que es complicado y no lo tenemos entender pero yo quiero entender así que PM a mí sí me puedes enseñar.

I would like to know if someone can give a bunch of idioms in Spanish
For example, ser pan comido i believe means super easy. I’m mainly looking for idioms that you use frequently. Also more formal idioms that can be used when writing an essay would be much appreciated.

I use "buena onda" a lot, like a stand-in for "cool, cool." It doesn't translate directly to that (I believe it's more exclamatory). I also use "que si!" a lot, it translates loosely to "[Heck] yeah!"

Also, it's been a while since I've been on here! As you guys know, I've been taking classes to improve my Spanish, but I've recently learned that my family is actually from Chihuahua, Mexico. Go figure! We've started to speak casual Spanish at home after this discovery. Because my grandfather died before we could get to know him, we didn't know anything about his heritage until we got in touch with his side of the family ^.^ I'm glad we know now, it explains so much about my dad!
