Trading Partners? Well, you must have a Trading Partner to trade with. ;3 And that can be anyone, not just one person.

i was just asking because some players say on their prfile that they are trading partners with someone sp the mods dont get mad or somthing so i was lost on the subject

Oh, that's what you meant!

Well, that doesn't mean their trading partners, that means they share the same IP address. Which means they share a computer/have the same Wi-Fi connection. When you share a computer, the site will be alert. It'll think you might be stealing pets from some strangers account. If you tell the mods you share a computer, they'll know not to think that.
