I have two questions
1. how can I keep a pet from growing? I have this egg and I think it is really pretty

Unfortunately, you can't force a pet to stay small forever. Some pets have what's call "PPS", also known as Peter Pan Syndrome where they will stay young forever. This is uncommon though and it will say PPS on the pet if that's the case. So your egg will unfortunately grow into a chick.

To start trades with people, you have three options:

- Go to their profile and scroll to the bottom. There will be a link that says "trade with me", I will show you an example below:



- Another option would be via the forums. If someone posted on a forum and they seem interesting and you want to trade with them, on the sidebar under their username, you can click "trade with me" from there. I will show you an example below:



- Finally, your other option is to go to "trade", "start trade", type in the username of the person you want to trade, then click "Start trade!". I'll show you step-by-step below:
