It would also be a smart idea to talk to any of our wonderful General Helpers. Our General Helpers (or GHs for short) are volunteers that love to lend a hand to anyone in need of help on the site. Another great thread to check out would be the Adopt a Newbie thread. If you sign up, you will be assigned a mentor to help you with any of your questions and concerns regarding CS. You can ask questions about how to navigate through the site, questions about trading, and much more!!

If you do not want to message a member or a GH, you can always send in a help ticket. Help tickets are an effective and efficient way to receive the answers to your questions in a timely manner.
