Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: yes, I was previously an adopter but then went on a hiatus.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I have helped out a few newbies before, through this and just around the site. When I first joined, I was confused and I would have loved to have gotten some help.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: around an hour daily, it depends.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: yes !
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: yes!

Sadly never got to help my newbie. If possible I would love to be put on top of the list again.

PPS means "Peter Pan Syndrome". It's when the pet will not grow into the "full-grown" form.
