Hello, I just joined a few days ago and I'm just wondering what COPPAS are
I see that everywhere and I'm so confused
I'd also like to know what bumping is. It's so confusing

COPPAS are younger kids who can't write any type of messages we can and they have their own written chatbecause they are younger than 13 or so they don't type anything bad or something like that

Hi! Like Qrawrcorgi said, COPPA stands for Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act. It is a US law that protects the privacy of children under the age of 13. Users protected by COPPA cannot send messages or post on the forum (except in the oekaki/dressups, but all their posts there must be approved by a moderator before showing up).

Bump stands for "bring up my post" and is just a way of pushing a post up to the front page of a board so more people can see it. (:
