New to CS: Any Tips?

Tip one: Don't bump so often. It makes your thread spammy and turns people away from interacting.

Tip two: Get to know the forum layout. I always thought it was a bit weird that CS discussion was hidden so far down below general discussion, and it's easy to miss the help board, which is above general discussion. Getting to know all the sections will make it easier to find the information you're looking for, though.

Plus if you hover over the big "HELP" title in your main menu (home, my stuff, adopt, etc.), you can find another FAQ, the rules, etc.
