Great guide, it helped clear up a lot of things.

One question, though. How often is the pound open? It's always been closed whenever I try.

This is what it says on the Pound Page:

The pound opens at random times, usually around 4 - 8 times per week, so check back often to see if it's open or opening soon!

So unfortunately, no user can predict when the Pound will open except for the staff member who opens the Pound. However, they do give us a clue on when the Pound will open: At the bottom of the Pound page, if the Pound will open soon, you'll see "Sorry, the Pound is closed at the moment. The Pound will open in: _____". ^_^

You must make your first post, which will go through the system to be approved by a moderator, once it has, you'll be able to post normally, send trade messages, and send pms to other members.

The perfect place to make a first post is on the introductions board. You'll also find lots of useful information there:

No, it won't delete your account. C: The only thing that changes is your username.
