My Introduction.

So...uh,hey Everyone,heh X3
I am kind of new to CS,but I kind of know the basics. ((Eg.Trading,Posting,Auctions,Polls,etc.)) So...yeah. I thought I'd just introduce myself ,and also,I would be grateful if you guys could give me some tips ^.^
Anyway. I often enjoy Roleplaying and Chatting with Pals,((If I have Time to do so )) and as you could probably guess,I am a Fan of Homestuck. (( HoNk HoNk : o ) )) I am usually quite friendly,and I don't really like to fight much,however,I kind of get abit Aggressive and 'Crabby',at times..heh.. ..So,I guess that is me in a Nutshell. ((Once again,I would be very grateful if you guys could give me some Tips and Advice. ))

Dislikes:I Do not really Dislike much,besides Gore and Certain Mature themes. (And the colour Pink of course,I REALLY Dislike Pink,but I am honestly not sure why. )

Likes:Well,as I said above,I am a Fan of Homestuck. However,I am a Fan of other things. For example,I Like the 'Warriors' Series,and The MLP (My Little Pony) Fandom. ((No. I am not a Pega-sister,I only like the Fandom slightly. I wouldn't faint or anything if I saw Somepony dancing in the middle of the street,with a Beatbox and wearing a Rainbowdash Fursuit/Costume. I Would just give the guy/gal a Bro-hoof,and walk away. No offence to any Bronies or Pega-sisters out there )) I also enjoy Reading,Writing,Sketching,Poetry and Photography. And besides Anime, that is pretty much all of the main things that I like. So..yeah,I guess I am done ,feel Free to Ask any questions or anything. Hopefully I should post other things around the Forum sooner or later. (Also,if you do ask any questions,I may not answer them straight away,since I am kind of busy at the moment. But hopefully I should be able to reply later,at some point. So for that,I apologise.)

Here are some links to wonderful and helpful pages you should definitely check out:

• Must-Read Topics For Newbies; all of the topics listed here are must-reads. I would strongly recomend checking out as many as you can.
• Here you can get "Adopted" and have your very own mentor to personally help you with the site.
• Finally, this is a list of all the General Helpers who can answer any questions you may have. Usually at least one is on at any given time. You can also feel free to ask me a question if you please.

My top tips for starting out are:

• Don't be ashamed if you don't know something because you're a newbie. Just politely ask someone, we were all newbies once upon a time.
• Always be polite. Some older members are rude to newbies anyways, but always be polite.
• Check out the Oekaki.
• Have fun!

Right now we are having a special event called the Summer Adventure. CS's mascots, Avian and Totoro are "on an adventure" at the beach. This is the big place! You can find this page either by clicking the link, or going to 'Home' and clicking the banner:


It explains it there, but I'll go ahead and explain it some more.

During special events like this a banner will randomly appear on the bottom of whatever page you are at on chickensmoothie. Each time you post, or visit a thread or pet you can scroll down to the bottom and see if a banner has shown up. The banner looks like this:

When you see one, be sure to click it! When you click it you will get a token item, or possibly a special item or pet depending on the event. Token items can be used just like normal items but they can be traded in for special pets and items. Once you've clicked it however, you must wait 20 minutes until you can find and click another banner.

If you go to the beach and take your mouse over the picture, you'll see that they link somewhere. Each of these different places have different prizes you can exchange your tokens for and free items! Be sure to check back each day because there will be new free items and new prizes.

Be sure to visit the chest via the ocean to get another token every 20-30 minutes!

This is a guide to which tokens can redeem which pets and so on, you should definitely check it out.

Thank you Rosalind ,those Links should be quite useful. I am aware of 'Avian + Totoro's summer Adventure',but again,Thanks. The things that I probably should learn more about are Auctions and The Oekaki,but besides those two,I think I pretty much have learned the basics. Once again,thank you for the Links and Tips!
