Add people by click on add friend at their profiles, click on send private message, or at the top, where it says, Private messages. Your profile, go to my account. Ahh!! Whats all these colored usernames? Well, here's your answer below with a guide

Administrators are Tess and Nick, they own the site. Admin Assistants are like Sorren Fey, basically they help with anything the admins need. CS Staff help with the site. Global moderators, edit and search the forums to help keep them in order. General Helpers, like Tuike, WildDragonfly etc. help anyone that may need it. Oekaki Moderators search the Oekaki forums and drawings to make sure no one is tracing and that all art is original, along with moderating. Roleplay Moderators, search the roleplaying forums for anything unusual or inappropriate etc.
