Hi Kiriyama! I'm Liru!
It's very nice to meet you! I'd be happy to answer your question. That egg was made by one of the artists here, Malk. Malk makes many of the growable pets we have here on Chicken Smoothie, and as an Easter present, she made these Owls. The egg you are interested in is the first stage of the the three-stage growable Owl pet. This is the egg stage, and see the little "PPS" on the egg? That means that it it frozen, and will remain an egg forever. You can learn about PPS Pets here.

And for your second question, I'm not exactly sure what these ggs are worth right now. I'm sure it will end up being something good, though. I know quite a few users have them, so I'm assuming an uncommon or perhaps even a common? I'm not quite sure, we'll just have to wait and see!^^ I have one, and so does my sister. If you're still interested I can get in touch when it's rarity appears.<3
