Well, uuh, as the title most likely suggests, i am new, :] ill start this by tell in you that i dont really know much about this site v-v" so i would like it very much if someone sent me a message or something explaining the whole adoption thing to be in layman's terms for me please

*i live on west coast of USA
*i am a furry artist [not very popular :p] but right now all the art in doin is for experience and personal gain, [sounds a bit selfish]
