Okay, thank you all! I have figured out the Oekaki; my first drawing is now in my gallery c: And I have adopted pets- I even have an 09' Rare Warrior Cat! There are some really nice people here; you guys and the gifters. CS in general is a nice place. My question is, how do you Roleplay? And does CS accept HTML code?

Okay, thanks! I hope that Northern Lights is nice ;)

Deep in the woods,
In a world of our making.
Lost in each other,
No sense of forsaking.
A simple feel like any other,
Without any room to pretend as another.
But losing our footing on a wire of briers,
Binding and prying in loosening desires,
That not even the strength of
the strongest of motions,
Could calm this tide
Of rising commotions.
Drowning in sinners and falsified thoughts,
With feelings of malice, detachment and loss.
Swimming in circles around the drain,
Sucking the life from every vein.
Draining the soul and leaving it lost...
How much falling till you're finally caught?
And get back to the place your eyes have sought?

Hey Gravity! I also like that show :) So first, may I recommend you click 'Adopt' on the top bar. Then, this may be a bit annoying, but you should click each one, and adopt the maximum amount. There will be a totally different set of adoptables each month, on the first.

Your adopter will be in greater depth then me, but basic rarities from the least valuable to most:
OMG so commons: The lowest level of rarity, these are not worth much.
Very Commons: Not that great, easy to find. There are quite a lot of this type.
Commons: Like their name, they are common and easy to get.
Uncommon: They aren't always totally hard to find, but they aren't completely easy.
Rare: They are harder to find then most, and are the prime set of rarity that are normally liked.
Very Rares: They are difficult to get and are worth a LOT.
OMG So Rares: The hardest to possibly get, not a lot are in existance.

Each time you adopt, there is a chanceit could be a rare, and there is a chance it could be a very common...

Roleplaying, something I'm avid at. XD Basically, it's creating one or more character and acting them out with other peoples. There are three different types of roleplays:
Illiterate: this is where one liners are normal, but it's usually one to two sentences per character per post.
Semi-literate: usually a small paragraph per character per post. Grammar and spelling are also better in these kinds.
Literate: Normally a large paragraph for every character, grammar and spelling are super detailed.

Then there are also public roleplays, where anybody can join; private roleplays, where you have to be invited by a member to join; and one on one roleplays, which are between only two people. There are also human/humanoid roleplays as well as animal roleplays. Basically there are a ton of difference kinds to choose from. You can even be in more than one!

If you look in the RP forums, you'll see a wide variety of all three.

I'm not sure what you mean by HTML.

No, it does not. We use BB Code, but other sites, such as Deviant Art, use HTML Code.

Okay, hank you so much! I'll be sure to join a roleplay! That was very helpful and informative~

And yes, that's what I meant. Using A-ref <a> </a> instead of [url=LINK HERE]LINK HERE[/url] I can use both, I was just curious if you could use both.

Okay, so I roleplay ALL the time. The things you've heard so far are pretty good explanations. There are human and animals, fantasy and realistic for each. And there is the one on one forms, where only people invited into the RP's in this form. It is not at all required to role play on this site, but it is a great time-passer and i find it very fun. You may end up crying or laughing your head off depending on the people who you roleplay with. If you'd like, i can make a roleplay for us, and annyone else who wants to join, to show you the basics with roleplaying...

Roleplaying is basically a bunch of people coming together to write a spontanious, unexpected story.

Thank you so much for explaining! And yes, it would be great to make a roleplay for beginners!

To clarify that - no, HTML definitely isn't enabled in Forum posting here.

Also, a belated suggestion regarding the Categories: I'm not sure if that was caught in my previous post about it, but I'd love to have a category/subcategory for people with knowledge about all the Art boards [art trades as well as oekaki, especially the oekaki-made adoptables].
So along with folks who know much about the Oekaki also those that frequent the boards and can give advice/help on those.
Because they do differ greatly from the normal trade boards c:
