How do I make it able to put a message on a trade?

Under send a trade, it says If you like, you can send a message with your trade offer: and there is a white box under it where you can type a message.

It's always on the first of each month, though it may seem a little different depending on your timezone!

CS runs on Greenwich Mean Time. So when it is midnight GMT, the new day starts here. New pets are released at midnight GMT, and events begin/end at the same time.
