Oh, yeah, and how do we create a signature? Can it be an animated signature?

Animations can be done on programs such as GIMP or Photoshop. Add layers that look different, then save as a .GIF, and it will animate the layers. :3 I fail at explaining.

Bumping is fine, as long as it isn't constant. And it's not allowed in Oekaki.

I don't understand the last question. Like, put stuff in your signature? Or one of those clickable ones? :3
