Well from previous answers,with the information I have gathered up,here's a list;

1.The staff member breaks many rules,abuses their ability,and are rude to others,etc.
2.The person is off CS for a very long time with-out warning,this will cause commotion and have the person Demoted
3.The person doesn't do their role and simply acts as if they have no duties to do,this is also a big reason why somebody can get Demoted
4.There are many other reasons,but these three are ones that I am sure that can get somebody Demoted,any other reasons I have may be wrong,and I don't wish to give you incorrect info.

Actually, could we please just let staff members answer the questions, sometimes answers get a bit muddled with parts that are correct and parts that aren't. I feel like most of these questions have been already answered and/or are better suited for staff who are in the know.

Would it take some time to get used to the numbers?
And do Help Tickets work like PMs?

I have a random question to ask. If I took a break and recently returned (as in days ago), does that lower my chances of becoming a GH?

It depends on the length of time, but it could. We can't possibly assess every case objectively.
