If you couldn't find the vote thread, how'd you find this one? Not trying to sound rude or anything, which tends to send the wrong message sometimes. I'm just asking...."How can you not find the voting thread, but find this one, then start complaining about how you didn't get to vote, and how you hate the change?" The old lineart was breaking CS rules, they have to change it, even if the "NO!" vote won.
If you don't go to the fourms very often, that's not my problem.
You didn't read my post thoroughly, it seems.
I ONLY read my bookmarked topics. I don't go to "My Posts". I go to "View Bookmarks".
And THIS topic was posted on the FRONT PAGE. The voting thread WAS NOT. That's the only reason I became aware of this whole thing and wanted to voice my opinion of it. Especially the part where a ton of people were left out who didn't happen to go on the forums and see the announcement, when everyone could have easily seen it on the front page.
And if it's "not your problem", why are you arguing with me?

As it is, the project did get changed a bit here and there to account for people's strong objections to putting the PPS ponies and the Rainbow-mane in the standard Yulyhn lines, but the majority either supported or didn't mind the old designs being transferred to the standard lines.
The poll was remarkably consistent the whole way through (always ~31% No, 51-54% Yes, ~12% indifferent and 2% Unsure) no matter how many new votes came in, so it seems unlikely that having more people voting would have changed it. As it was, that thread was so remarkably horrible and caused so many warnings and bannings to go out in the few days of its existence, not to mention requiring the attention of multiple mods almost 24/7, that keeping it open any longer would have been intolerable.

My impression from the voting was if we wanted the changes to happen, and there were more playing that disliked the old lines than those who liked them. That said, there were still 31% that liked the different lines and are saddened that they are all going to the current lines.
The artists are doing a stunning job recreating the designs in the current lines... but... a simple line art change to the current lines might have soothed many in this transition. At the same time, there is never any way that 100% of the people can be made happy.

I don't really care how you view the fourms, I'm just stating that it's easier to go to "My Posts" so you can see every thread you've posted on and see which ones have been recently replied to, yada yada.
Did you read the front page of this thread? Even if the "NO!" vote won, the changes still have to be made due to legal issues, must I repeat myself again? The lines would be changed no matter what, if it's Yul's lines or a new line that the user's might like better.

I don't care if it changes or not. I never said I cared.
I'm angry that they didn't make what seems to be easy decision to post the poll on the front page as well, where everyone could have seen it, and no one would have been left out at all unless they just didn't come to the site. Not that it matters anyway.
You could have "defended yourself" by not starting an argument with me and "not backing down because you're stubborn".
It's not easier for me to just view every single post, because sometimes I just post one time in a thread, then my "posts" page is spammed with tons of threads I don't really care about, and if they're extremely popular they're always at the top of the list. So I bookmark the ones I frequent. Much easier, IMO.
