Our Oekaki tool should no longer give security warnings

Totally awesome! All this time I thought it was my end that was the problem since Java can be dumb. I just never got my brother to look at it for me. Glad to know I can play on the Oekaki again.

It was annoying and made my computer freeze up, so it'll certainly make loading and java all over a bit easier to use.

Thank you so much Nick! I don't use the Oekaki too much, because I'm not the best artist, but I'm sure this will help out the help requests dealing with Oekaki die down a bit, and it will just make it easier to use! Thanks for all you do for CS! c:
