My trading groups are sorted into 'TRADE' and 'STORE' groups.
These are mostly priority categories and usually aren't strict; you can trade for most things in my store groups and buy some things in my trade groups. Specific group names will tell you if there's anything different!

Pet names will usually show C$ prices or other requirements.
I use random names to help distinguish pets that are primarily for trading, so no need to pay attention to those. Some pets I would only like to sell/trade as part of a set; these will always be named as such.

I am usually happy to negotiate, especially on lower value pets!
This goes for trades or selling. I'm a bit pickier about rare+ pets, however. I don't mind editing trades and I almost always try to edit rather than cancel, but feel free to PM me as well if you ever want to discuss anything in more detail!

I will buy your pets!
I buy pets! I have some different prices depending on age and rarity, but I love to haggle so I'm always happy to work something out. Feel free to message or send a trade suggestion and let me know how much C$ you're looking for and we can chat! =)

For below rares, I will always pay these prices:
Extremely Uncommon = 3C$ per pet (2013 and later) / 4C$ per pet (2012 and older)
Very Uncommon = 2C$ per pet (2013 and later) / 3C$ per pet (2012 and older)
Uncommon = 1C$ per 2 pets (2013 and later) / 1C$ per pet (2012 and older)
Common = 1C$ per 4 pets
Very Common = 1C$ per 6 pets
Extremely Common & OMG So Common = 1C$ per 8 pets

For assorted rares and very rares (those without specific demand/value), I will usually pay 65% of the pet's value.
For store pets and Extremely Rare/OMG So Rare pets, I will pay 85% of the pet's value.

Some notes on buying:

> I use Horror's Guide to determine values.

Regarding hoard ethics!
Of course, everyone has their own opinions on hoarding, but I just wanted to explain how I hoard and why. If you're the sort of person who likes to block hoarders outright, I can't stop you and it's your choice! I just wanted to lay out how I think it can be done ethically and would encourage you not to cut some potentially great trading partners entirely out of your trading pool unless you have to. =)

I hoard only uncommon or lower pets, and I do not have excessively large or infinite hoards. I hoard certain pets when I really love the design and almost always because I connect to it in a specific way; for example, I have a hoard based on my favourite moth species as I love moths and even raised some at one point, and another because the pet reminds me of something specific from my childhood! Hoarding is fun in the same way completionism is fun; it's about the joy of hunting, collecting, and trading.

I would encourage everyone on CS to hoard ethically. As I'm also someone who is trying to collect 1 of everything, I would hope that other users consider how removing old and/or rare pets from circulation en masse can affect the wider community. This doesn't just go for hoarding, but also for speculators who do the same thing but for different reasons! Basically I just think sites like this are at their best when everyone collaborates and is kind. =)

Disclaimers:
This is intended to be used primarily by traders who wish to quickly & easily swap low-demand trade fodder for pets that are more likely to be wanted or accepted in trades. While some literal value may technically be 'lost' on your side, the idea is that the value isn't really 'there' anyway if you can't find anyone who will take those pets. Many people are busy and/or don't want to spend the time searching for people to accept these low-demand pets.
For full transparency, I'm offering this exchange because I have a lot more free time to spend on CS than many people, I enjoy the challenge and hunting aspect of trying to shift the low-demand rares, and I will technically benefit from having more trade value.
If you're ever unsure, you should always get advice from the community or experienced traders. I am very patient with trades and will never rush you.
Please make sure you're aware of the above facts before asking to exchange pets in this way.

Regular trades for pets on my wishlist do not have to follow these guidelines and are not intended to.

RRs are not considered to be different to TDs in the case of these exchanges and will be both accepted and offered based on original release date.

I reserve the right to decline exchanges for any reason but will usually only do so if you are requesting a pet that has unusual demand or value.

I will swap any and all True Dates for Rereleases!
My wishlist has everything I don't already have, so if you have a RR you want to swap and it's not on my wishlist, I have that pet and will be willing to swap it! (Provided mine isn't also a RR of course). Depending on the pets I usually accept adds/overpay equal to 25-50% of the original pets' value. I will happily take C$ or pets!
