You are not allowed to make Dibbles unless Staff! But they are free

Are Dibbles worth payment?
No they are free, Pay attention.

Can i turn the dibbles i got into adoptable?
You can make other art for it, You just can not make it a adoptable after it was adopted from you or it was designed for you.

Can i give you payment for a Dibbles?
