Shelter Story: This little dog came to the shelter after they were confiscated from a hoarding situation. Having been under-socialized, over-crowded, and resource-limited, they are quite nervous and slow to trust. However, given time and gentle encouragement, they open up to be sweet, cuddly, and exceptionally loyal.
