Inspiration/Creative Process: For this one, I was originally going to do a design based off of the Golden Tortoise Beetle until I saw the Imperial Tortoise Beetle. The intricate, oil-slick coloration along the raised parts of the shell was such a unique thing I'd never seen before, and I wanted to take a shot at replicating the concept! I included the shading layer on this one to help accentuate the color changing affect the shell has depending on how the light hits it.
