3: A custom Mixed-Breed Flareon (CAN be used as your Eevee Evolution Color In from the first requirement)

The things on the side (Purity, Grade, Sire, and Dam) can be used if you want to use them, Purity shows how mixed it is (100% being Purebred, 0% being Mutt, in-between both percentages is simply Mixed-Breed), Grade, Sire, and Dam are currently being worked on, you don't need them for this anyways. Purity is the only thing super-required.
