What is a Sharrier?
Bull Sharriers (or Sharriers for short) are semiaquatic canids resulting from experimentation with shark and canine DNA. Their short, water-repellant fur and webbed paws make them perfect for both land and water habitats. Sharriers feed primarily on aquatic life forms such as fish and squid, but will eat just about anything - even non-food items. They originate from a chain of islands called the Sherridan Isles, which range drastically in climate and terrain. Sharriers vary greatly in personality, and many have different biological adaptations or mutations.

General Rules

⟡ This is a large file! It might take a while to load. Feel free to delete layers that you don't use! Just leave my signature and the 'fake' sign alone please.
⟡ Make sure you specify which position(s) you are trying out for! You can try out for multiple at once.
⟡ The 'fake' sign must be visible at all times! It can be moved or even recoloured, so long as it can still be seen.
⟡ You may make as many entries as you want - the more the merrier! We will most likely choose artists who have made multiple entries; it gives us a chance to see more of their designing skills. Please link back to past entries if you are making multiple entries!
⟡ Please don't take it personally if we don't offer you a position - try to understand that we are searching for a certain caliber of designing skill <3
⟡ Refer to the traits, subspecies, and rarity categories when making your entries.
⟡ You MAY NOT design any MYTHIC entries.
⟡ The dog breed involved in making Sharriers is always the English Bull Terrier. Please do not change this.
⟡ Please do not make covers; we might miss one of your entries if we have to keep checking sub-threads.
⟡ You MUST list the rarity category (Standard, Modest, or Fancy) as well as any edits/traits an entry has on its page. If it is a certain subspecies, please list that in addition. You may use the format that I use to make things easier if you'd like! It is posted below.

Love Doctor Rules

⟡ All above rules still apply!
⟡ Please use the Nursery lines for your entries.
⟡ Please refer to the Breeding Information when making entries.
⟡ Use a random number generator to decide the amount of pups and trait inheritance! Chances for both are listed in the Breeding Information.

Note that none of the resulting offspring may ever be made into real Sharriers.

If you win a position as a Scientist, you
MAY:
⟡ Host events such as holiday events or randomly themed events. Please run everything by the CEO (me) first! Make sure to post all events under the Events board.
⟡ Judge the Scientist Search entries and PM the CEO (me) with the new Scientists and Interns so they can be added them to the staff list
⟡ Make customs for others at a reasonable price, as well as set individual prices for customs so long as everything follows the CS rules
⟡ Make (a) runner-up(s) as contest rewards
⟡ Give out SharkBait (Shoppe Credit) as rewards for honourable mentions during contests
⟡ Give out SharkBait during events for special circumstances such as rewards and such
⟡ Make yourself one custom per month of FANCY or lower OR pick out an item from the Shoppe, so long as you have already put out one adopt for the month. You may keep one of your entries as a monthly custom if you'd like!
⟡ Make yourself TWO MYTHIC customs per year - please consult with the CEO (me) before you make yours! Mythics have a large impact on the world of the Sharriers. All final Mythic designs must be approved by the CEO (me).
MUST:
⟡ Make at least one design monthly. Please inform me of any inactivity.
⟡ Adhere by all of our Staff Rules

If you win a position as an Intern, you
MAY:
⟡ Make as many adopts as you'd like during your time as an Intern, with a minimum of 2.
⟡ Make (a) runner-up(s) as contest rewards
⟡ Make yourself one custom of FANCY or lower so long as you have already put out one adopt, OR pick out an item from the Shoppe. You may keep one of your entries as your custom if you'd like!
MUST:
⟡ Stay on for ONE MONTH, after which you may be reevaluated if you wish to become a Scientist
⟡ Make at least two adopts during your period as an Intern.
⟡ Adhere by all of our Staff Rules

If you win a position as a Love Doctor, you
MAY:
⟡ Host events such as holiday events or randomly themed events. Please run everything by the CEO (me) first! Make sure to post all events under the Events board.
⟡ Judge the Scientist Search entries and PM the CEO (me) with the new Scientists and Interns so they can be added them to the staff list
⟡ Make customs for others at a reasonable price, as well as set individual prices for customs so long as everything follows the CS rules
⟡ Make (a) runner-up(s) as contest rewards
