What are Sunbeam Clydesdale? wrote:Sunbeam Clydesdale are a breed of said draft horses discovered in the rocky mountains in america by explorer Aleksander Sunbeam. After careful inspection by Mr. Sunbeam's team, family, and horse experts, it was deemed that the breed of clydesdale held unique genes deemed 'sunbeam genes' after the explorer who found them. careful breeding revealed these genes as well as the fact that Sunbeam Clydesdale were slightly larger than your average clydesdale - around 18.2 to 18.7 hands, though heights of up to 19.0 hands have been known to occur, as well as heights as small as 17 hands. Sunbeam Clydesdale can withstand and prefer cooler elevated environments, having come from the mountains themselves, though they are able to handle warmer temperatures as well as moderately cold ones, but nothing to severe. We'd love to see you take home one of these lovely gentle giants and hope you have a great time here with the horses.
so, want to be an artist for these gentle giants? that's brilliant! all you have to do is follow the steps below and you may become an artist if your work is seen as fit by me!
Artist Search Rules
- Read all the community and artist rules on the main thread
- Make a cover for your entries
- You can make unlimited entries, as long as you make some with sunbeam genes and one showing the new pearl gene
- To become an artist you must have knowledge of horse genetics and must understand sunbeam genetics - see the information guide for more information on sunbeam genetics
- Remember: pearl is it's own gene (instead of crprl it's prlprl/Prlprl/PrlPrl; see information center about it)
- Remember: the kit gene rule of 'only two kit genes per horse' can be discarded
