A few questions:

Does the cloak count as accessories?
Or does it only countas a trait when edited?

a cloak is an accessory, even when not edited :)

I've got a couple of questions (or maybe suggestions?) for traits!

I'm wondering if traits like horns and miscellaneous appendages(such as fins), and also appendage size edits(like making paws smaller or making the muzzle shorter) are allowed, and if they are, what rarity they might be?
