I like it, it's very cute, but perhaps you aren't ready for here?
But it is adorable.

Tips:

it looks odd how the bow pops out, but not the candy cane.
Shading should work.
Try layering, it helps.

And also, K~Loves~Rats is right, layers (although hard to get used to at first) are extremely helpful!
I love the concept, and I think it would be great if you practiced this and posted a new version, to show how much you have improved over the past few months
