In the heart I was experimenting how to shade using airbrush, and making it lighter and darker to make shadows and shiny bits.

In the star I was experimenting on textures with water colour.

In the top circle I was experimenting on making textured colours by using layers of red and blue coloured in the same direction, making a textured purple. This was also used with air brush.

In the bottom circle, I was experimenting airbrush, but with a thicker brush. I used a circular motion instead of an up and down motion that was used in the other circle. I did a brown layer, then an orange layer, which made a textured gold colour, to make it look like a proper gold instead of dark yellow.

The bottom circle and heart will be the techniques I use the most, as they turned out best.
