they said that I was blind,
when I entered this dark, dark world.
They said I was blind,
when I met my friends.
They said I was blind,
when I drifted away from them.
They said I was blind,
when I learned to fly,
and I agreed with them.
But something ragged in my heart as I spoke the words,
"I know."
They said I was blind,
when they saw me near.
They said I was blind,
as they cowarded in fear.
They said I was blind,
as they left me to rot.
They said I was blind,
a thousand years latter.
For once I ignored them.
They said I was bland,
when they steped onto my cave step.
They said I was blind,
as they threw tomatos and egg.
They said I was blind,
I defenitly replied,
shocking myself with the strength of my words.
" I am no more blind then you are."
I begian to feel scared as they stood there and stared,
this time not at my eyes.
This time they stared at me,
not for my appearance,
but for my wisdom as they repliyed;
"We are blind."
With all their beautiful eyes.
I saw purples,
reds,
greens,
blues,
browns,
blacks,
and I knew my words hit home.
For somewhere in my darkness,
I could sence they could see.
Look into my eyes now,
what do you see?
Do you see a frightened hatchling stuck in a world of darkness?
A blind old dragon?
Or could you possibly see wisdom, and beauty in thoughs lifeless eyes of mine?
when I entered this dark, dark world.
They said I was blind,
when I met my friends.
They said I was blind,
when I drifted away from them.
They said I was blind,
when I learned to fly,
and I agreed with them.
But something ragged in my heart as I spoke the words,

They said I was blind,

They said I was blind,

So how do you like my little poem?
The first one to guess this breed of dragon gets bacon!!!!!!!!!
