Huh? That's Darcia. He is from wolf's rain. But the purpleish under the eye isn't a marking, it's part of his eye ^-^

Darcia's wolf eye, skin color is purple, Not his fur under it like Neara's.

Neara has purple outlining here pupil, she also has her brows colored.

Dacia is dark majenta while Neara is all black.

Darcia's eyes are different colors while neara's are the same.

but their not similar because they have totally different parts of their face colored purple. their eyes aren't even the same shade of yellow.

Look. I don't know anything about Wolf's Rain. All I saw was the purple line under the yellow eye that was in the animation.
