this morning mom was describing to me this really awesome halloween skyline she saw in the wee hours of the morning, windy, dead silent, black n' orange and all that and apparently she heavily considered waking me up to see it. kinda wish she had, it sounded awesome.
i don't draw backgrounds too often. any tips?
