Other than that.. it looks awesome :D and I'm not saying that just because I'm your friend. I really like how you did the "star" in the middle all "glow-y". I also like how you did the water, but you might wanna try to soften the white a little, it looks like you're coming on too strong. Yet, it's awesome for a first :D

Edit: Maybe you should use light blue instead of white? :)
