Not that I'm much better, but maybe make the back hind leg separate so it doesn't look like a random lump, and make the nose stick out a bit more, rather than being inside the muzzle. One last thing I can think of is looking up a picture of a wolf/dog to see more ways a tail could be a little more 'flowy' if you know what I mean. Good job though
