I agree with everyone else!

I can sense your emotions, and I've been through worse, and as you can see I survived. I used to suffer from depression for 6 years when I was younger, and it taught me that being upset is not a good option in life. I started to do more positive things which made me happy, for example, I drew a lot more, I helped more people, etc. It's important to be resilient, because I don't like seeing people like this.
Just remember that the problems you have will have no benefit for anything, so just try and solve it a positive manner or just keep it aside. Trust me with this, I've kept many problems aside and they faded away eventually because of how silly/useless they were, it depends on yours though.
