There is just something about skulls and flowers that get me. Probably the concept of life and death that goes together really inspires me, I don't know lol, but that's cool :3

When your piece is featured, it pretty much means the moderators chose your drawing over thousands of other people's drawings on Chicken Smoothie, and you get a chance to be recognized for your art. (: Usually when people vote for a drawing a lot, those are the ones that get picked by moderators. It's just cool to be recognized and see that the moderators chose a piece you did yourself and put time into haha.
