- ok this was going to be a remake of an old drawing but then ??? something went wrong b c this happened ?? maybe one day i'll fix it but i seriously doubt it

thank you! to do the static stuff you press effects, then there should be something saying monochromatic noise or color noise and just click one of those
also make sure you're using chickenpaint!
