Description: Ribbon is a light brown dog with two darker stripes on her back. She has a little scar on one of her paws, earned in the troubles she and Star have faced in the wild. Her eyes are a brilliant sapphire-blue.

Personality: Ribbon is a dog that loves living in the wild. She is usually good-humored and energetic, though under her zany personality is a heart of loyalty and wisdom. Ribbon is very faithful towards Star and always expects her to be the same.

(I basically just made up how she looks, but I think I have always imagined her as an orange cat.

Ribbon trotted through the forest, her best friend Star at her side. As Ribbon looked around for prey to hunt down, she reflected again on what an adventure her life had been. She and Star had once lived with humans, but now roamed free in the wild. Ribbon was happy about the wild life. She felt that even though she had once been a house dog, she was always destined to live on the wild side of life.

Ribbon looked at Star and wondered if she felt the same way. She remembered how once they'd run into another human on their journeys and Star had fallen in love. Ribbon remembered how she'd fought the human to protect them and Star had gotten upset at that. And Ribbon remembered how she had told Star these chilling words- "It's me or the human."

Eventually, Star had made the right choice. And though Ribbon knew Star liked living in the wild with her best friend, she sometimes wondered if Star missed the old days.
