I was once a COPPA, and I sympathize for them so I made a COPPA discussion board!!! I want you to enjoy because I believe COPPAS should have some way of communication. I also thing COPPAS should be able to do Oekaki.

Things you can do on this board:

Talk about CS Pets and Trading
Talk about your favorite hobbies and animals
Be angry about COPPA ways but no ranting
Post pictures of your art on paper

Coppas are able to do oekaki..
Im a coppa myself and i believe that is true, but it is also to protect younger kids.
Also, the oekaki is for drawing, not messages.. so idk about this thread owo

There would be no point to being a COPPA user if we were to allow a thread like this. Coppas don't have ability to post for a reason.
