need to rant i mean

i get the pro-guns bit, but anti-gay?

sure think that but not all christian people are strictly against gays, being anti-gay, anti-abortions and anti-guns does not make you a christian, and the fact youre anti-gay??? like ok then sure but is there really anything wrong about being in love with someone despite their sex, gender or whatever else
if someone feels happy with someone the same sex or gender as them then hell who cares they deserve that right and to be like that because it isnt hurting anyone, and christians arent automatically always "anti-gay"

and its the same with the anti-abortion thing - what if a person panicked and decided they didn't want the abortion? or what if they were raped and had to get rid of the kid? itd be extremely unfair and it would probably in some cases heighten the abuse & suicide rates if abortions were denied to victims of abuse, or those who werent totally sure

and then going right ahead and concluding that because theyre judgemental and hateful of people's rights that theyre also a "christian" which in itself is disrespectful to christians

You're right, this person doesn't have it right.
I wish they wouldn't be so... aggressive (anti-gay? really?), but the fact that it's 2014 doesn't mean that they have to re-write the Bible (or interpret it differently).
If you're frustrated, maybe try PMing them?
But everyone's allowed to have their own opinions and you should respect them even when they don't agree with you. Believe me, making a post like this will only strengthen their beliefs.

yeah, it's kind of irritating that people can be so "in-your-face", but i suppose, it isn't about rewriting the bible though, i'm just saying that just because they don't support homosexual rights doesn't automatically mean they're christian, which is what it was implying judging by how they wrote it, and the bible had hardly written anything about homosexual acts, although the bible has been edited so many times since its first writing that it's hard to even tell what was actually written in it.
well i would have pm'd them, i was going to as well but i feel it may have caused more trouble than venting out about it in the description of a 5 minute vent-drawing.
i suppose everyone is allowed, and i do respect them to a point, but everyone is allowed to point it out as well, surely, and rant about it in their own world despite how public it may be
strengthen them or not, it's just my feeling of it, but i don't feel it's right at all to respect an unfair opinion - 2 in this case

yeah, I'm a type of Christian (Mormon) and I have nothing against gays, I actually have a lot of lesbian/bi friends.
it's annoying to me too how they call themselves a Christian because they hate gays, though we're taught to love one another and all of that. tbh I would probably get in more trouble with my bishop if I protested gays rather than if I were lesbian myself.

I suppose it just annoys me that people thinks Christians hate gay people. Disagreeing over what is right or wrong is not hating. In fact, it's just that--a disagreement.
Many of my friends are gay/bi, and frankly I love them to bits.
And you know what? If you have an absolute hatred for gay people, then you aren't a Christian. Because part of being a Christian is modeling yourself after Jesus and showing love to everyone, including gays.

very similar to how i feel about it uvu;; i always figured that it isnt right at all to hate people for who they are when part of what jesus (or something - sorry if i sound rude or got it wrong) wanted, which was for every person to love their neighbor u3u although, i'm not really religious so i dont really understand much of what goes on in said religions ;y;

Jesus actually said that it was one of the two most important commandments to "'Love your neighbor as yourself'" (Matt. 22:39). That's coming from the mouth of Jesus, so someone who hates gays and calls themself a Christian is a hypocrite.
