Okay, 1st sorry about putting this here but the reason i did is also the reason I'm asking for help! I can't post anything to the forums and i can't put a signature on my profile. It says to put a signature I have to make at least one post to the forums, but i cant. Also, I can't read or send pms. It sounds like what happens when you are a COPPA protected user, but i'm 14. I might've entered my birthday wrong, but I don't know how to check it. Please help!

We have a help email address in the help pages on the main site that you can use to get in touch with us.

When you signed up to the site, you said that you are under 13. We will have to get a signed permission slip from your parents to allow you to post in the forums like normal. You should have received a copy when you signed up to the site. I've sent another copy to your email address just in case.
