do you have have to use oekaki or can you use anuther program???

There are two things wrong with this thread. First, you posted this in the beginner's oekaki section of the forums when what you really wanted to do was hold a competition. Please try to check what sections of the forums you are posting in to make sure you are putting it in the right one.
Also, any oekaki competition must have either a line-art or a detailed background for it to be valid. You have neither of those things and I am not quite sure what kind of competition you are holding. Because of this, I am locking this thread. If you want to have a competition on giving prizes for the best drawings others can create, I suggest posting it in the Art Competitions section of our forums.
