The Lion Tail and Fluffy Dragons are not under copywrite.
There where others since before JBD, on different websites.

It could just be the way they draw too, I draw a wolf and sometimes it ends up looking like a "fluffy dragon" with a wolf tail. I actually thought your character was an example of what you're talking about (sorry).

And the JBD dragon anatomy is like a cuter version of an eastern dragon actually, that is what I think. And people are highly influenced by cultures in the east, right?

Yet, I Think what's mainly being copied is the style - I can't explain it really, but.. yeah
"fluffy Dragons" are not the problem of it They're kinda like eastern dragons. I DO agree somewhat, but Fur-dragons are not all copying JBDs.

I also mistook the creature you drew as an example of the JBD-copy. Long tail tipped with what I first thought was fur(i see it's a spade-ish-shaped spike now). Chibi bat wings. From what I can tell, it has a basic 'wolf shape' to it as well.

Lol well if you think about it there are over 6 billion people in this world, are you really telling me there is going to be a design or idea completely and utterly unique? I doubt it, for instance there is a book writen before the hunger games that has the same plot and everything besides the characters and a few other things, I positive the writers didn't copy each other... Theses things happen. Now I understand that there may be people who are taking some of the JBD qulities but you can't say the "fluffy dragon" idea is Hiccup's original idea, she may have come up with it in her mind but Im sure I could find fluffy dragons on google if I wanted to.

All I am saying is that though I understand where you are coming from, I don't think it is wise to judge others for their drawings and say that one is more unique than the other because in less than 5 minutes i found plenty of things that have JBD qualities
