It could, but honestly, I don't think that if you call the species a dragon of some sort and give it fur it's an 'accident' and you actually meant it to be a wolf. :/

As for anatomy, I don't think you can be all that creative with a basic wolf shape. And her ears are just wolf ears. And her tail different. xDD
