Personality: She's one of those mares you see standing in the corner, reading a book. She's pleasant to be around, but no one really knows her.
Shocking Sparks got her cutie mark one day when she was walking home from school. She was jumping over puddles because it had just rained, and she saw a purple box. She went over to it and got it out of the mud with her horn. Shocking Sparks opened it up and inside was a purple lightning bolt crystal. As soon as she saw it, her horn started to glow violet and it sparked. Suddenly her horn glowed dark purple and lifted her into the air.
In front of her was a purple lightning bolt made out of mist. Shocking felt a sensation on her flank and her cutie mark was there!

Personality: Midnight Harvest is bossy and loves the fact she can see pumpkins at night! She's gentle and caring though and not harsh. She got her cutie mark because she can see the pumpkin patch clearly at night, so she can harvest them in the dark.That's why there's a moon over a pumpkin.
Now, Midnight Harvest IS a pegasus pony, but she owns a pumpkin patch on the ground. She's not an earth pony because one of her parents was a pegasus, and one was an earth pony.So she's not an earth pony, but her father is.
