I like how you played with slight tones and little accents; it's eyecatching for something simple. 
Perhaps try using the scatter setting on your tools for a starry effect?
Oh, your form on my adoption thread lacks several things; one image doesn't work, and I'd like to see an image of the cat you wanna mate... Just saying so I can proceed on the job. Please edit your posted form on pg 14 to contain these elements.
