Practice on humans

Need to draw more humans..
I need help with the eyes, head shape, hair, mouth, nose.. kinda everything that belongs on the head. Any tips?

Well, if your going for anime, then here are some tips- when they close their eyes, its normaly a thicker line. Also, the nose is tiny and kinda just a little point-thing. Other than that, just make your neck smaller, and the shoulders lower, and you got it!
