Why?

Why can't this be a picture of streamers, party hats, assorted prank items and the words "APRIL FOOLS!"?
Answer: Because I'm WAY not talented enough to draw that on the computer. Sigh. I guess I'll just have to keep using the colours and smudge tool to express my creativity.
